Variable Speed Drives are the perfect compliment to a Brook Crompton high efficient electric motor in maximizing energy savings to many applications. A good example of energy saving is variable torque loads (i.e. centrifugal fan / pump) where a 10% speed reduction will result in a 30% energy saving.
